Treatment Fees

  • Attending clinic more than one time per week – $12/day
  • Approved for take-home medication to attend clinic one time per week or one time every other week – $11/day
  • Approved for take-home medication to attend clinic one time per month – $10/day
  • Dosage 16mg or less – $15/day
  • Dosage 18mg or more – $18/day

Guest Dosing Information

  • Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before the end of dosing hours on your first visit.
  • Guest dosing fee is $15 per day for methadone and $18 per day for buprenorphine. There is no additional set-up fee.
  • Your clinic’s physician must sign the guest dosing order. If guest dosing is to start on a Saturday, all information should be received by 11:00 am the Friday before.
  • Dosing dates, dose amount, and take-home medication information must be included and faxed or emailed to this facility.
  • A photo ID is required.
  • A locking vessel is required for pick up of take-home medication.
  • We recommend all guest dosing patients contact this facility prior to arrival to ensure receipt of guest dosing orders and to confirm directions.
